Transactional life coaching, is focussed on helping you achieve specific goals and objectives in a systematic way; helping individuals work through a specific problem or issue and provides short-term guidance and support to help them reach the desired outcome.

How does it work?

Each of the thirteen topics (or mini-interventions) we cover in the full life coaching program builds on the previous one and helps you identify and address thinking patterns, beliefs and behaviours that are limiting you from moving forward in life or stopping you from realising your goals and potential.

Regardless of which program you choose, we always start with looking at the eight different areas of your life: vocation/business/career, money, spiritual, emotions, partner, family and social life, health and personal development. You identify where you are in each of the eight life areas and then choose three life areas that you specifically want to focus on and set some goals for the future forming a clear direction for yourself and where you would like to be in six months’ time.

Proven tools and techniques are used to enable you to overcome unhelpful thought patterns, and beliefs so that you can achieve yours goals (regardless of whether they are personal or professional), improve your self-confidence, self-esteem and self-efficacy. Over time you learn new skills, strategies, and tools that will help you create the life you want. It is empowering and builds on your strengths and allows you to address and eliminate those beliefs and behaviours that limit you, hold you back, and prevent you from achieving success (whatever that means to you). It will help you to make lasting positive change in all areas of your life. It provides you with a vision of achieving your goal, with the results and future satisfaction of a better-quality life, and a support system to get there.

Counselling & Therapy

  • Counselling and other forms of therapy (such as psychotherapy) are focussed on the past to understand the present.

  • Counsellors and Therapists are trained mental health professionals who can diagnose and treat mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, trauma or addiction.
