Client: The individual or organization receiving life coaching or menopause wellness services from New Endeavours Life Coaching.
Coach: The certified life coach and menopause wellness practitioner providing coaching and menopause wellness services for New Endeavours Life Coaching.
Intellectual Property: All creative works, designs, and materials developed by New Endeavours Life Coaching, Multimarketing Ltd which holds the intellectual property in the New Insights coaching program), or Gateway Workshop (which holds the Intellectual Property for the Menopause Wellness Practitioner Training Program) for its for use in the delivery of its coaching and menopause wellness services.

Services: The range of life coaching and menopause wellness offerings, including, but not limited to, one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and customized programs, provided by New Endeavours Life Coaching.
Website user: The individual or organization visiting, accessing or browsing our website.

Information About Us
Newendeavours.com is a site operated by New Endeavours Life Coaching. New Endeavours Life Coaching is a sole proprietorship providing life coaching services by New Insights Certified Life Coach, Karen M Greaves, BSc (Hons) MSc PGDip. Additionally, Karen is a Certified Menopause Wellness Practitioner and therefore, we also provide Menopause Wellness Coaching Services. We are regulated by The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

New Endeavours Life Coaching offers a range of services to help our clients achieve their personal and professional goals.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

Fees And Payments
New Endeavours Life Coaching operates on a transparent and flexible pricing model to ensure our services are accessible to all. Our fees are based on the specific services provided and the duration of the coaching engagement. Clients will be provided with a detailed invoice outlining the applicable fees and payment schedule.
Current Basic Service Fees:

One-on-One Coaching (per session) - £75

Group Workshop (per participant) - £60

Payment options currently available to clients are:

Payment via online bank transfer (session, monthly or block)
Clients are responsible for ensuring timely payment of all fees and invoices to maintain active coaching services. To make this easier, all payments are required to be made up front.

Cancellations And Refunds
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require clients to cancel or reschedule their coaching sessions. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellations
Clients can cancel or reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice without incurring any fees. We may charge the client for the full session if the client fails to turn up for the session or the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

Refunds
Refunds for unused services or sessions are available upon request, subject to a 10% administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request. Refunds are not available for completed coaching sessions, programs, packages or workshops.

Exceptions
In the event of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unexpected personal crises, the cancellation and refund policy may be waived at the discretion of the Coach.

Confidentiality, Privacy and Ethical Conduct
New Endeavours is committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and privacy. All personal and sensitive information shared by clients during the coaching process will be treated as strictly confidential. Our coaches are bound by a professional code of ethics to protect client information and ensure that it is not disclosed to any third parties without the client's explicit consent, unless under exceptions circumstances (See below).

Confidentiality
The following is set out in Clause 10 of our Coach-Client Agreement:
10. The parties agree to respect the confidentiality of any information provided to each other during the coaching sessions and not to disclose such to any third party without the other’s explicit consent. However, the coach reserves the right to break confidentiality under the following conditions:
a) Required by law (legally obliged disclosure) if she has been:

Told about an act of terrorism,
-
Been made aware of drug trafficking and/or money laundering,
-
Court orders or subpoenas.
b) Permitted disclosures (where disclosure by the coach is discretionary):

Child protection and safeguarding,

Protection of vulnerable adults,

Risk of suicide or serious self-harm to client or harm to others.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions I declare that I understand, acknowledge and agree to the conditions where the coach reserves the right to breach confidentiality.

Ethical Conduct

All materials, including but not limited to worksheets, templates, and proprietary content, developed by Multimarketing Limited (the company that holds the Intellectual Property in the New Insights coaching programme) for use in the delivery of its coaching services are the exclusive intellectual property of Multimarketing Limited. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials during their coaching engagement. Clients are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying these materials without the express written consent of Multimarketing Ltd.
All materials, including but not limited to worksheets, templates, and proprietary content, developed by Gateway Workshops Ltd and Denise Goff (the company and author that holds the Intellectual Property of the Menopause Wellness Practitioner’s Course) for use in the delivery of its Menopause Wellness services are the exclusive intellectual property of Gateway Workshops Ltd and Denise Goff. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials during their coaching engagement. Clients are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying these materials without the express written consent of Gateway Workshops Ltd and Denise Goff.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the coaching services provided by New Endeavours Life Coaching.
If there are specific questions concerning medical conditions related to menopause or if you require individualized medical advice it is essential to consult with a qualified healthcare professional prior to implementing suggestions provided by New Endeavours Life Coaching.

If you have concerns about engaging in life coaching sessions due to mental health issues such as depression or anxiety disorders seek guidance from a mental health professional before proceeding further with coaching sessions.

No Implied Warranties
New Endeavours does not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the effectiveness or suitability of its coaching or menopause wellness services for any particular client or situation.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall New Endeavours be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its coaching or menopause wellness services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
